Introduction to Computer Programming

Welcome to computer programming at Las Lomas High School! This course is intended for students who have had zero prior programming experience. All you need is a familiarity with how computers work and a willingness to think, problem solve and pay attention to details. This course covers the Java programming language. You will learn the ins and outs of the Java language, preparing you to take the AP Computer Science class hopefully offered next year. You will also learn how the web works by developing your own webpage (this is also how you will turn in your assignments).
